end of feb, back up and running
the ankle injury i got a few weeks back is healed, my elbow is much better. my 'fat' work skirts (ykwim, those ones you wear when you are feeling fat) dont fit me anymore. something has to be done. yesterday i wathed my diet carefully, trained 2 x 1 hr blocks. today i ran 1 hr. back to doing it.
