A small hiccup in the journey. Yesterday I stepped off the kerb and sprained my ankle and am now on crutches. This means that I wont be able to run for a couple of weeks at least.
I have signed up to do the following runs:
-7 March IWD 5km - WONT BE DOING THIS!
-21 March Twilight Run 10km - possibly but fitness will be an issue
-28 March Rotary Fun Run 11km - again, maybe but this is a tough run with lots of hills so we'll see
-TBA Tunnel Run 10km- not sure when this is, it depends on the opening of the Clem tunnel, but if its in early March I dont think I will be doing it.
Now I have at least 2 weeks of no running. Starting physio on Tues. Doctor wants me to have a cat scan if its not getting better by mid week as he thinks I may have a hairline fracture. Hopefully he is wrong so I can get back to training.

Too Hot, Too Hard
Yesterday I ran 3 km for the first time in months and today I did it again. I actually managed to run all the way this time, but its still so hot at night that it makes it very hard.
